As a young adult trying to figure out your way in life... Good Shepherd Catholic Community is here to help you along the way. If you're in college or recently graduated, starting a new job, looking to build a foundation of community and support - Look no further then GSCC to give you the support you need to help you through this adventurous and challenging transition.
You'll have people to sit with at mass, and meet up afterwards for lunch. You'll have opportunities to read scripture, study theology, or have a community to pray with. You'll have meet-up groups for some social time, or be involved in acts of service. Here are some opportunities for you to connect!
Small Church Communities - made up of 10-15 individuals who meet regularly in homes to study scripture, pray, and socialize.
The Flock - Made of young adults in their 20's and 30's who gather for occasional social and spiritual activities. If you're super busy with work, family and friends, and really can't commit to anything... this is the group for you!
Men's & Women's Club - Men of all ages who gather to watch football, cook, BBQ, play poker and have red cup socials... Women of all ages that gather to play bunco, pray and encourage one another through social and spiritual growth. Both groups frequently host large community functions such as taste and see, GS Cafe, Breakfast with Santa, and many more.
Student Life Ministry - Our 7-12th Grade programs need young adults to help facilitate small groups, run skits, and help behind the scenes in the kitchen, check-in, sound and light. Lead the youth today as you become their role model, and show them you can be both cool and catholic at the same time! WOAH! Take on the challenge of Jesus Christ - "Come and follow me, and I will make you fishers of men".
